Prices vary depending on the complexity of your case. Criminal trials are complex and some can require significantly more time than others. Call or use the form to the right in order to get an estimate on how much my services will cost for your case. Each case is different and so I will need some background information about your case before I am able to provide a proper estimate of cost for the service you need. I do not charge for this initial estimate.
I charge in one of two ways, depending on the circumstances of the case or the services sought. For some cases or services, I will charge a block (fixed) fee to cover a specific service (such as a bail hearing or bail variation) or to cover each discreet part of the criminal process up to and including the trial. In other cases or circumstances, I charge an hourly fee. In either case, my clients and I discuss and agree up front about whether I will be charging by block-fee or hourly rate.
I accept Legal Aid certificates and payment plans.
